Hulda M. Schaeffer was born on 4 January 1861 at Hepburn Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 She was the daughter of Frederick Schäffer and Dorothea Heim. Hulda M. Schaeffer married, at age 21, David Jacob Heim, age 23, son of Jacob Christian Heim and Rosina Ulmer, on Thursday, 28 December 1882.2 Hulda M. Schaeffer died on 1 January 1944 at Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 82 years, 11 months and 28 days.3 She was buried in the Wildwood Cemetery, located in Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.2
