Ira Fernando Heim was born on 4 November 1883 at Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 He was the son of David Jacob Heim and Hulda M. Schaeffer. Ira Fernando Heim married, at age 25, Mary Sabina Ulmer, age 23, daughter of David C. Ulmer and Elizabeth Barbara Bauer, on Wednesday, 18 November 1908 at home of David J. Heim, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, by the Reverend Joseph Gronde.1 Ira Fernando Heim died on 12 July 1952 at Blooming Grove, Hepburn Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 68 years, 8 months and 8 days.3 He was buried in the Blooming Grove Cemetery, located in Hepburn Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
