Regina Rachel Neff was born on 23 December 1851.1 She was the daughter of John Neff and Sarah Young.1 Regina Rachel Neff married, at age 22, Phillip Koch, age 27, son of Jacob Koch and Mary Kiess, on Thursday, 19 March 1874 at Crawford County, Ohio.1 Regina Rachel Neff died on 4 October 1885 at age 33 years, 9 months and 11 days.1
