     Emma Louisa Cook was born on 6 November 1880 at Crawford County, Ohio.1,2 She was the daughter of Phillip Koch and Regina Rachel Neff.1,2 Emma Louisa Cook married Clarence Joseph Kelly, son of Walker Carson Kelly and Hannah Ettie Albright, circa 1911.2 Emma Louisa Cook died on 1 April 1960 at Crawford County, Ohio, at age 79 years, 4 months and 26 days.1,2 She was buried in section P, lot 22, grave 10151, in the Oakwood Cemetery, located in Bucyrus, Crawford County, Ohio.2
     She was widowed at age 77 by the death of Clarence on 8 December 1957.3
