     Rebecca Kiess was born on 2 December 1861 at Anthony Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 She was the daughter of John Kiess and Mary Marquardt. Rebecca Kiess married William Jacob Entz, son of Jacob Entz and Dorothea Doley Waltz, circa 1889.2 Rebecca Kiess died on 12 February 1891 at Fairfield Center, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 29 years, 2 months and 10 days.3 She was buried in the Fairfield Cemetery, located in Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
