Lewis Frank Koch was born on 31 May 1864. He was the son of Jacob Koch and Magdalena Edler. Lewis Frank Koch married, at age 24, Regina Elizabeth Shafer, age 25, daughter of Frederick Schäffer and Dorothea Heim, on Thursday, 31 May 1888.1 Lewis Frank Koch died on 5 June 1953 at Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 89 years and 4 days. He was buried in the Blooming Grove Cemetery, located in Hepburn Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
