Mabel Marie Koch was born on 2 August 1890 at Blooming Grove, Hepburn Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 She was the daughter of Lewis Frank Koch and Regina Elizabeth Shafer. Mabel Marie Koch married, at age 22, Raymond M. Hartman, age 23, son of William Hartman and Lucy Keebler, on Monday, 9 June 1913.2 Mabel Marie Koch died on 25 January 1965 at Williamsport Hospital, Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 74 years, 5 months and 23 days.3 She was buried on 28 January 1965 in the Blooming Grove Cemetery, located in Hepburn Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.3

MRS. RAYMOND HARTMAN
Mrs. Mabel K. Hartman, 74, wife of Raymond M. Hartman, of Williamsport RD 1, was stricken yesterday at a funeral home while attending services for Mrs. LeRoy J. Springman, of 309 Jerome Avenue, a friend. She was taken to the Williamsport Hospital in the city ambulance and pronounced dead on arrival at 2:50 p.m. Monday, January 25, 1965.
She was born in Loyalsock Twp., the daughter of Frank L. and Regina Shafer Koch.
She was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church for more than 50 years and took an active role in many church organizations over the years.
Surviving, besides her husband, are tow sons, R. Frank, this city, and Walter K., of Cogan Station RD 1; a daughter, Mrs. Robert Snyder, New York City; seven grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Spitler's 733 Broad Street, Montoursville, with the Rev. John H. Walker, her pastor, officiating. Burial will be in the Blooming Grove Cemetery. There will be no visitation. The family will provide the flowers.
