Rachel Dora Waltz was born on 15 March 1890 at Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1,2 She was the daughter of Immanuel J. Waltz and Sarah Duitch Marshall. Rachel Dora Waltz married, at age 17, William Boyd Kinley, age 18, son of Samuel L. Kinley and Catherine R. Frey, on Tuesday, 24 December 1907.1 Rachel Dora Waltz died on 15 June 1978 at Cogan Station, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 88 years and 3 months.2 She was buried on 17 June 1978 in the State Road United Methodist Church Cemetery, located in Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.3
