     Floyd William Kinley was born on 8 May 1909 at Cogan Station, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.2,3 He was the son of William Boyd Kinley and Rachel Dora Waltz. Floyd William Kinley married, at age 30, Muriel Hilda Haire, age 25, daughter of George W. Haire and Myrtle Mae Roller, on Thursday, 4 January 1940.4,3 Floyd William Kinley died on 9 July 1996 at Cogan Station, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 87 years, 2 months and 1 day.2,3 He was buried on 13 July 1996 in the Twin Hills Memorial Park, located in Fairfield Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.3
     He was a dairy farmer. As of 1973, Floyd William Kinley and Muriel Hilda Haire lived in Cogan Station, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1
