     Harold Eugene Ulmer was born on 11 May 1915 at Rose Valley, Gamble Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.2,3 He was the son of Charles Ervin Ulmer and Margaret Sophia Dangle. Harold Eugene Ulmer married, at age 23, Minnie M. Waltz, daughter of George Washington Waltz and Lulu P. Horn, on Thursday, 16 June 1938 at home of George W. Waltz, Salladasburg, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, by the Reverend Raymond Charles Stabler.1 Harold Eugene Ulmer died on 9 February 1995 at Montgomery, Clinton Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 79 years, 8 months and 29 days.3,4 He was buried on 13 February 1995 in the State Road United Methodist Church Cemetery, located in Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
     He was a farmer.

     The obituary for Claire Naomi Ulmer on 20 July 2001 in the Williamsport Sun-Gazette, printed in Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, listed Harold Eugene Ulmer as her deceased brother.5
