     Richard Allan Ulmer was born on 23 October 1939 at Anthony Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 He was the son of Harold Eugene Ulmer and Minnie M. Waltz. Richard Allan Ulmer married Connie Mosteller. Richard Allan Ulmer died on 5 May 2003 at Valley View Nursing Center, Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 63 years, 6 months and 12 days. He was buried on 5 August 2003 in the State Road United Methodist Church Cemetery, located in Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.

Richard A. Ulmer, 63, of 2140 Warrensville Road, Montoursville, formerly of Montgomery and Williamsport, died Monday, May 5, 2003, in Valley View Nursing Center.
Born Oct. 23, 1939, in Williamsport, he was the son of Harold E. and Minnie M. Waltz Ulmer.
Richard was a 1957 graduate of Williamsport High School. He had been employed by the former Glyco Chemical Co. He was a former member of Anthony Baptist Church and a member of Elimsport Baptist Church. Since moving to Williamsport, Richard had attended Memorial Baptist Church. He was an honorary member of the High Rock Hunting Club.
Surviving are his mother of Williamsport; a daughter, Lorie A. Noviello of Williamsport; a son, Duane A. Ulmer of Linden; two sisters, Sharon E. Brown of Trout Run and Gail V. Ulmer of Linden; and two granddaughters.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday from Sanders Mortuary, 821 Diamond St., with the Rev. James R. Sunderland Jr., his cousin, officiating. Burial will be in State Road Cemetery.
Friends may call at Sanders’ from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday. The family will provide the flowers and suggests memorials be given to the Memorial Baptist Christian School, 2100 W. Third St., Williamsport, PA 17701.
