     Lulu P. Horn was born on 17 August 1891 at Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 She was the daughter of Leroy Horn and Catherine Beihl. Lulu P. Horn married George Washington Waltz, son of Jacob J. Waltz and Margaretha Ulmer. Lulu P. Horn died on 2 December 1944 at Salladasburg, Mifflin Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 53 years, 3 months and 15 days.1 She was buried on 5 December 1944 in the State Road United Methodist Church Cemetery, located in Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1
