Letitia VanBibber was born on 2 December 1829 at Clay County, Missouri.1 She was the daughter of Joseph VanBibber and Susanna Boone.1,2 Letitia VanBibber first married Arthur Bolen circa 1845. Letitia VanBibber married a second time, at age 27, James C. Maxwell, age 27, son of Matthew Maxwell and Cynthia Lilburn, on Thursday, 18 December 1856 at Greene County, Missouri.2 Letitia VanBibber died on 14 December 1899 at Rudy, Crawford County, Arkansas, at age 70 years and 12 days.1
