Lucina C. Maxwell was born on 22 February 1860 at Springfield, Greene County, Missouri. She was the daughter of James C. Maxwell and Letitia VanBibber. Lucina C. Maxwell married, at age 17, Joseph Franklin Roberts on Thursday, 27 December 1877 at Crawford County, Arkansas. Lucina C. Maxwell died on 1 December 1934 at Grundy, Trenton County, Missouri, at age 74 years, 9 months and 9 days. She was buried in the Hatfield Cemetery, located in Crawford County, Missouri.
