     Irvin Wesley Waltz was born on 19 June 1882 at Old Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 He was the son of Daniel Waltz and Phoebe Jane Kyle. Irvin Wesley Waltz married, at age 26, Jennie Lulu Kiess, age 21, daughter of Simon Kiess and Elizabeth A. Smith, on Thursday, 15 October 1908.1 Irvin Wesley Waltz died on 28 October 1960 at Jersey Shore, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 78 years, 4 months and 9 days.2
