     Jennie Lulu Kiess was born on 28 June 1887 at Larryville, Piatt Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 She was the daughter of Simon Kiess and Elizabeth A. Smith. Jennie Lulu Kiess married, at age 21, Irvin Wesley Waltz, age 26, son of Daniel Waltz and Phoebe Jane Kyle, on Thursday, 15 October 1908.1 Jennie Lulu Kiess died on 25 April 1966 at age 78 years, 9 months and 28 days.2
     Jennie Lulu Kiess was also known as Emma Luella.
