William Lester Mahaffey married, at age 20, Sarah Esther Kinley, age 17, daughter of William Boyd Kinley and Rachel Dora Waltz, on Tuesday, 17 December 1929.4,1 William Lester Mahaffey died on 14 March 1992 at Divine Providence Hospital, Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 82 years, 5 months and 17 days.2,3 He was buried on 18 March 1992 in the Woodward Township Cemetery, located in Woodward Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.2
