Rosie Clara Hillyard married, at age 18, Charles Jacob Smith, age 21, son of Mitchel Crawford Smith and Mary Elizabeth Wurster, on Thursday, 1 May 1919 at Quiggleville, Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. Rosie Clara Hillyard died on 23 September 1983 at Leader Nursing Home, Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 83 years and 3 months.1 She was buried on 27 September 1983 in the Woodward Township Cemetery, located in Woodward Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
