     William Edwin Foltz was born on 17 April 1878 at Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 He was the son of Frederick Foltz and Margaret Carolina Waltz. William Edwin Foltz has also been reported to have been born 13 April 1878. He married, at age 40, Mabel Melrose McNees, age 36, daughter of James Harvey McNees and Margaret Jane Moody, on Wednesday, 19 June 1918.2 William Edwin Foltz died in 1949 at Muskogee, Muskogee County, Oklahoma, at age 70 years.3
     He was an attorney.
