Katharina Kiess married Daniel Getz in 1861.2 Katharina Kiess died on 27 August 1883 at Anthony Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 44 years, 7 months and 29 days.1 She was buried in the Anthony Baptist Church Cemetery, located in Anthony Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1
