Laura Weigle Dunkleberger was born on 13 February 1913 at Reading, Berks County, Pennsylvania.1,2 She was the daughter of Carl Dunkleberger and Alice Grimes. Laura Weigle Dunkleberger married, at age 18, Walter E. Bower, age 21, son of George J. Bower and Laura E. Kinley, on Tuesday, 2 June 1931 at Lycoming Presbyterian Church Parsonage, Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, by the Reverend Halbert Jacobs. Laura Weigle Dunkleberger died on 6 January 1987 at Williamsport Hospital, Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 73 years, 10 months and 24 days.1,2 She was buried on 9 January 1987 in the State Road United Methodist Church Cemetery, located in Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.2
