     Tacie J. Milnor was born in June 1849 at Hepburn Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of Joseph Wright Milnor and Mary Jane Reeder. Tacie J. Milnor married Thomas J. Funston, son of James Campbell Funston and Rachel M. Updegraff, circa 1871. Tacie J. Milnor died on 15 October 1904 at Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 55 years and 4 months. She was buried on 17 October 1904 in the Wildwood Cemetery, located in Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
