     William Fleming Wilson was born on 16 April 1848 at McEwensville, Northumberland County, Pennsylvania.1 He was the son of John Wilson and Elizabeth Crockett McCormick. William Fleming Wilson first married, at age 25, Alice Miltonette Logan on Thursday, 30 October 1873. William Fleming Wilson married a second time, at age 51, Sarah Elizabeth Updegraff, age 28, daughter of Albert James Updegraff and Hannah McCormick Foresman, on Thursday, 15 June 1899 at Second Presbyterian Church, Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, by the Reverend James Carter.1
     William Fleming Wilson and Sarah Elizabeth Updegraff were also cousins. William Fleming Wilson was a merchant in 1900.
