Albert James Updegraff was born on 6 November 1844 at Long Reach, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 He was the son of Samuel Updegraff and Delila Fessler.2 Albert James Updegraff married, at age 21, Hannah McCormick Foresman, age 19, daughter of David Watson Foresman and Margaret Simmons McCormick, on Tuesday, 15 May 1866.1 Albert James Updegraff died in 1919 at Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 74 years.1 He was buried in the Wildwood Cemetery, located in Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
He appeared on the census of 28 August 1850 in the household of Samuel Updegraff and Delila Fessler at Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
