     William Wilson Waltz was born in October 1903 at Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 He was the son of Albert Monroe Waltz and Eliza Baker Updegraff.1 William Wilson Waltz married, at age 23, Florence M. Carpenter, age 20, daughter of George Herbert Carpenter and Charlotte Corson Boys, on Monday, 13 December 1926 at Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.1 William Wilson Waltz died in March 1939 at New Jersey at age 35 years and 5 months.1 He was cremated New Jersey.1
     William was in the Army and later an Electrical Engineer.1
