     Ellen Snyder was born on 24 October 1917.1 She was the daughter of George Duncan Snyder and Miriam Ellen Harrison.1 Ellen Snyder married, at age 19, Samuel Jay MacMullan III, age 21, son of Samuel Jay MacMullen Jr. and Ruth McCormick Foresman, on Saturday, 11 September 1937 at Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 Ellen Snyder died on 27 August 1973 at age 55 years, 10 months and 3 days.1 She was buried in the Rose Hill Cemetery, located in Ashland, Boyd County, Kentucky.1
