     John Emery Foresman was born on 13 January 1908 at Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 He was the son of John Hammond Foresman and Julia Emery. John Emery Foresman married, at age 24, Kathryn Mae Lewis, age 22, daughter of Lawrence L. Lewis and Mae Derr, on Saturday, 12 March 1932 at Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1
     John Emery Foresman John was a war training service instructor and a pilot. He attended Bucknell University, Lewisburg, PA.
