Ulmer married, at age 23, Ida Jane Waltz, age 21, daughter of Johann B. Waltz and Regina D. Heim, on Thursday, 18 May 1893.2,1 Thomas L. Ulmer died on 18 December 1949 at Blooming Grove, Hepburn Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 80 years, 2 months and 6 days. He was buried in the Blooming Grove Cemetery, located in Hepburn Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
