     Thomas Theodore Ulmer was born on 8 August 1905 at Hepburn Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.3,2 He was the son of Thomas L. Ulmer and Ida Jane Waltz.2 Thomas Theodore Ulmer married, at age 21, Florence Isabelle Fink, age 20, daughter of William Arthur Fink and Miriam G. Sweeley, on Thursday, 26 August 1926.4,1,2 Thomas Theodore Ulmer died on 26 April 1952 at Balls Mills, Hepburn Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 46 years, 8 months and 18 days.3,2 He was buried in the Blooming Grove Cemetery, located in Hepburn Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.2
     Thomas Theodore Ulmer was also known as Ted.1 He was a farmer between 1920 and 1950.
