Elisabeth Heim was born on 17 November 1827 at Blooming Grove, Hepburn Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of Johannes Christian Heim and Rosina Wagner. Elisabeth Heim married Johann Frederick Schäfer, son of Friedrich Schaeffer and Elizabeth Guinter-Strobel, in 1849 at Lutheran Church, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, by the Reverend [—?—] Schultz.1 Elisabeth Heim died on 6 September 1912 at Blooming Grove, Hepburn Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 84 years, 9 months and 20 days.2 She was buried in the Blooming Grove Cemetery, located in Hepburn Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
