Mabel G. Blair was born on 26 July 1883. She was the daughter of Aaron Blair and Martha Kiess. Mabel G. Blair married, at age 22, David Elmer Ulmer, age 27, son of John Ulmer and Christina Foltz, on Thursday, 4 January 1906. Mabel G. Blair died on 2 October 1937 at age 54 years, 2 months and 6 days. She was buried in the State Road United Methodist Church Cemetery, located in Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
