Alma May Stabler was born on 30 April 1884 at Fairfield Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.2 She was the daughter of George Stabler and Elizabeth Ulmer. Alma May Stabler married, at age 20, Solomon Springman, age 26, son of Frederick Springman and Elizabeth Miller, on Monday, 6 March 1905 at Upper Fairfield Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.2 Alma May Stabler died on 12 November 1958 at age 74 years, 6 months and 13 days.2 She was buried in the Saint James Lutheran Church Cemetery, located in Fairfield Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.2

Alma May Stabler, the seventh and youngest child of George and Elizabeth Ulmer Stabler, was born on April 30, 1884 in Fairfield Township about 10 miles from Montoursville, Pennsylvania. Like her brothers and sisters, she attended the Heilman one-room school.
On March 6, 1905 Alma married Solomon Springman, born April 8, 1878. She was a housewife and homemaker whose main interest was raising her family. She was a member of Saint James Lutheran Church and after her death on November 12, 1958, she was buried in the Cemetery in the Churchyard. Solomon Springman died January 1, 1955.
