     Agnes B. Barklow was born in October 1854 at Portsmouth, Scioto County, Ohio. She was the daughter of Stout St. Leger Barklow and Sarah Jane Jeffords. Agnes B. Barklow married Benjamin Edward Roe, son of George Roe, in 1881 at Greenup County, Kentucky. Agnes B. Barklow died in 1923 at Greenup County, Kentucky, at age 68 years.
