     Ruth J. VanBibber was born on 19 October 1861 at Warren County, Missouri.1 She was the daughter of Noah Bryson VanBibber and Elizabeth Ann Carter.1 Ruth J. VanBibber married, at age 22, Francis A. Kelley on Thursday, 6 December 1883 at Emporia, Lyon County, Kansas.1 Ruth J. VanBibber died on 11 February 1912 at Saint Margaret Hospital, Kansas City, Wyandotte County, Kansas, at age 50 years, 3 months and 23 days.1
