Anna E. Kurtz was born in April 1877 at Warrensville, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.3,4 She was the daughter of Samuel Kurtz and Mary A. Konkle.5 Anna E. Kurtz married Josiah H. Ulmer, son of Joseph Ulmer and Sarah Waltz, circa 1921.6 Anna E. Kurtz died in 1932 at Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 54 years.3,7 She was buried in the Wildwood Cemetery, located in Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.3
