     Nora E. Riggs was born on 30 May 1879.1 She was the daughter of Wesley Riggs and Lorena Heart. Nora E. Riggs married, at age 22, Joseph Burson, age 26, son of James B. Burson and Mary Morrison Creamer, on Thursday, 6 February 1902 at Athens County, Ohio.1 Nora E. Riggs died on 21 May 1960 at age 80 years, 11 months and 21 days.1 She was buried in the Burson Cemetery, located in Shade, Athens County, Ohio.1
