Elsie Blanche Klepper

     Elsie Blanche Klepper was born on 17 April 1918. She was the daughter of Jacob E. Klepper and Elsie Bricker. Elsie Blanche Klepper first married Ernest O. Wright, son of George Amos Wright and Anna Mary Kinney, circa 1940. Elsie Blanche Klepper married a second time, at age 53, John Harold Shafer, age 65, son of William Frederick Shafer and Martha Alice Bidelspacher, on Saturday, 12 February 1972 at Lycoming Center Presbyterian Church, Hepburn Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
