J. Keenan.1 Bruce Edmond Ulmer died on 30 April 1998 at Bellefonte, Centre County, Pennsylvania, at age 63 years and 3 days.1 He was buried in the Centre County Memorial Park, located in State College, Centre County, Pennsylvania.1
