William Arthur Fink was born on 26 October 1881 at Old Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 He was the son of Edward L. Fink and Clara Jane Deckman. William Arthur Fink married Miriam G. Sweeley, daughter of Franklin Peter Sweeley and Ellen E. Gheen, circa 1904.1 William Arthur Fink died on 22 July 1959 at age 77 years, 8 months and 26 days.1
