     Clara Belle Collingwood was born on 27 November 1859 at Fredonia, Crawford County, Indiana.1 She was the daughter of Daniel Collingwood and Mary [—?—]. Clara Belle Collingwood married, at age 17, Martin Eugene Updegraff, age 37, son of Derrick Updegraff and Orpha Ann Stubbs, on Wednesday, 30 May 1877 at Pretty Prairie, Reno County, Kansas.1 Clara Belle Collingwood died on 13 January 1955 at age 95 years, 1 month and 17 days.1 She was buried in the Medicine Lodge Cemetery, located in Barber County, Kansas.
