     William Henry Melhuish was born in 1843. He married Mary E. Updegraff, age 28, daughter of Thomas Updegraff and Rebecca Raiguel, on Thursday, 25 June 1874.1 William Henry Melhuish died on 16 September 1912 at age 69 years. He was buried in the Wildwood Cemetery, located in Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, He was a Civil War veteran and has a G.A.R. emblem by his grave.
