     Rebecca Encie Updegraff was born on 15 November 1889 at Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 She was the daughter of Thomas Augustus Wilson Updegraff and Jerusha Campbell.1 Rebecca Encie Updegraff married, at age 21, William D. Baker, age 26 on Wednesday, 28 June 1911 at Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.2 Rebecca Encie Updegraff died on 6 November 1967 at Baltimore, Baltimore City, Maryland, at age 77 years, 11 months and 22 days.1 She was buried Norfolk, Norfolk County, Virginia.1
     She appeared on the census of 20 April 1910 in the household of Thomas Augustus Wilson Updegraff and Jerusha Campbell at Philadelphia, 24th Ward, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.
