Foster A. Reeder was born on 15 March 1895.2 He was the son of Arthur H. Reeder and Alvina Shieve. Foster A. Reeder married, at age 19, Edna Florence Updegraff, age 18, daughter of John F. Updegraff and Sarah G. Harris, on Saturday, 30 January 1915 at Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, by the Reverend George Leidy.3 Foster A. Reeder died in September 1983 at age 88 years and 5 months.2
