Paul James Ulmer1

     Paul James Ulmer was born on 7 July 1915 at Linden, Woodward Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.2,3,4 He was the son of Watson J. Ulmer and Mary A. Getz.1 Paul James Ulmer married, at age 26, Mildred Alice Smith, age 21, daughter of Charles Jacob Smith and Rosie Clara Hillyard, on Sunday, 17 August 1941 at Anthony Baptist Church, Anthony Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, by the Clyde Everett Weigle.5,4 Paul James Ulmer and Mildred Alice Smith have also been reported to have been married 20 August 1941. Paul James Ulmer died on 31 December 1994 at Anthony Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 79 years, 5 months and 24 days.3,4 He was buried on 4 January 1995 in the State Road United Methodist Church Cemetery, located in Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.4
     He was a dairy farmer in 1962.
