Jacob Entz was born on 16 April 1840 at Fairfield Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. He was the son of John Entz and Mary [—?—]. Jacob Entz married Elizabeth Kehrer, daughter of Jacob Kehrer and Christina Kiess, circa 1864.1 Jacob Entz died on 28 December 1901 at Upper Fairfield Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 61 years, 8 months and 12 days. He was buried in the Montoursville Cemetery, located in Montoursville, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
