     Jacob C. Waltz was born on 24 July 1869 at Anthony Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1 He was the son of Johann B. Waltz and Regina D. Heim. Jacob C. Waltz married Elizabeth M. Ulmer, daughter of Samuel Ulmer and Barbara Waltz, in 1893 by the Reverend W. E. Runkle.2 Jacob C. Waltz died on 10 November 1949 at Anthony Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 80 years, 3 months and 17 days. He was buried in the State Road United Methodist Church Cemetery, located in Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
     He was Farmer - Carpenter.
