Elizabeth M. Ulmer was born on 30 May 1869.1 She was the daughter of Samuel Ulmer and Barbara Waltz. Elizabeth M. Ulmer married Jacob C. Waltz, son of Johann B. Waltz and Regina D. Heim, in 1893 by the Reverend W. E. Runkle.2 Elizabeth M. Ulmer died in 1956 at age 86 years. She was buried in the State Road United Methodist Church Cemetery, located in Lycoming Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
