Lori A. Pittenger was born on 31 January 1962.1 She was the daughter of John W. Pittenger and Doris Mae Dunlap.1 Lori A. Pittenger died on 11 March 2006 at Montoursville, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 44 years, 1 month and 11 days.1
Her obituary was published on 14 March 2006 in the Williamsport Sun-Gazette, printed in Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. Her obituary stated:
Lori A. Pittenger, 44, of 9121 E. Route 973 Highway, Montoursville, went home to be with her Lord and precious savior on March 11, 2006.
Lori was born on Jan. 31, 1962, the daughter of the Rev. John W. and Doris M. Pittenger.
Lori was a friend to all and put the needs of others before her own. She was a member of Hope Community Church.
Surviving besides her parents of Montoursville is a brother, John D. Pittenger; three sisters, Sharon Glace, Gayle Tenerovich, Christine Lorenzo. She was the Beloved Aunt to Frank Tenerovich, Eric Glace, Jennifer Johnson, Renae Savidge, John D. Pittenger Jr., Todd Glace, Richard Pittenger, Michael Lorenzo and Emily Lorenzo; also a great aunt to nine nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held 6 p.m. Thursday at Spitler Funeral Home, 733 Broad St., Montoursville, with the Rev. Donn Davis officiating. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. In Lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Loyalsock Baptist Church 9121 E. Route 973 Highway, Montoursville, PA 17754.1
