Barto, age 24, son of Ellis Barto and Huldah E. Starr, on Monday, 19 October 1914 at Hughesville, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. Loie R. Kiess died on 17 January 1971 at Hughesville, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania, at age 77 years, 11 months and 7 days. She was buried in lot 226-229F, in the Wildwood Cemetery, located in Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1
