     Cyrus West Casner was born in March 1897 at Eldred Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. He was the son of Cyrus H. Casner and Josephine Folk. Cyrus West Casner married Anna M. Kurtz, daughter of Jonathan C. Kurtz and Estella Lowe, circa 1934.1 Cyrus West Casner died in July 1979 at age 82 years and 4 months.1
